These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Roamium (“Roamium”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Roamium.

1. The service

Roamium is an AI-powered travel planning tool. It generates day-by-day itineraries with real venues, monitors weather and crowd conditions, and lets you book hotels and discover places through a social feed. Roamium is a planning and facilitation tool — we are not a travel agent, tour operator, or the provider of the venues, hotels, or activities we surface.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use Roamium. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. AI-generated content

Itineraries, suggestions, cost estimates, and budget advice are generated by AI and third-party data sources. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Venue details, opening hours, prices, ratings, weather, and crowd forecasts are estimates and can change. You must independently verify anything important — especially opening hours, prices, availability, visa and travel requirements, and safety conditions — before relying on it. Roamium does not guarantee any outcome.

4. Bookings & payments

Hotel bookings are fulfilled through Hotelbeds and payments are processed by Razorpay. When you book, you also agree to the terms and cancellation policy of the relevant hotel and supplier. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and may include a service margin and currency conversion. Rates can change or expire before a booking is confirmed; if a rate is no longer available, your booking may not complete and any authorised amount will be handled per the applicable refund process. Affiliate booking links (for hotels, dining, and flights) take you to third-party sites governed by their own terms.

5. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility for hotel bookings are determined by the hotel and supplier policy shown at the time of booking. Where a booking fails after payment, we will initiate a refund of the amount charged. Refund timelines depend on Razorpay and your bank.

6. User content & the social feed

You retain ownership of the photos and captions you post. By posting, you grant Roamium a non-exclusive licence to store, display, and distribute that content within the service. You confirm you have the right to share what you post and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights. You must not post content that is illegal, offensive, misleading, or that violates the privacy of others. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse, scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt the service.
• Do not reverse-engineer or resell the service without permission.
• Do not use Roamium for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems.

8. Insurance

Any insurance-related feature shown in the app is a placeholder and is not currently offered. Do not rely on Roamium for travel insurance.

9. Intellectual property

The Roamium name, design, and software are owned by us. Except for your own content, you may not copy or reuse the service’s materials without permission.

10. Disclaimers

Roamium is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information is accurate. Your travel decisions are your own responsibility.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roamium is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from your reliance on AI-generated content, third- party suppliers, or travel disruptions. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to us (excluding pass-through supplier charges) in the three months before the claim.

12. Termination

You may stop using Roamium and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
